With more producing Truffiere’s coming online every year, perhaps 2024 it will happen.
With demand still far outstripping availability, it’s hard to gather enough truffle to run a festival in the Waikato.

Featuring New Zealand’s premimum truffle – Black Winter (Also known as the Périgord Truffle, or Tuber Melanosporum).
